If a question ever comes up about a product, the batch it came from can be identified, its records reviewed and its testing checked, so the answer is based on evidence rather than guesswork. Traceability applies across the whole range, from multi-dose vials and injector pens to nasal sprays and multi-packs.
It works hand in hand with the independent third-party testing that every batch receives before it is released for sale.

If your order arrives in a condition that concerns you, do not use it. Contact us with photographs and your order details, and we will resolve it under our Refund Policy. Keeping the original packaging helps us match the product to its batch.
