Overview

Some products must be refrigerated after opening. Correct storage keeps each product in the condition described on its packaging until its expiry date, and the same simple rules apply to every vial, injector pen and nasal spray in the NovaNAD+ range. Products are shipped stable, so they do not need to travel cold on their way to you.

Put them in the refrigerator as soon as your order arrives, and keep each product in its original box from then on.

Storage guidance

Follow these steps for vials, injector pens and nasal sprays:

  • refrigerate between 2°C and 8°C after opening;
  • keep the product in its original box, away from light;
  • keep it away from heat and do not freeze it;
  • do not use after the expiry date printed on the packaging, even if it has been kept refrigerated.

The Syringes and Swab Pack is stored differently: it does not need refrigeration, so keep it in a clean, dry place and do not use it if the sterile packaging is damaged or has been opened.

Why it matters

Storing a product correctly is part of getting the product you paid for. Temperature, light and time all affect how a product keeps, and storage is the part of that journey that is entirely in your hands once your order arrives. Our Quality & Guides section covers each of these checks in more detail.

If you are unsure how to store a particular product, contact our team before you open it. We will point you to the right guidance for that format, and our Lab Notes cover storage in more detail, step by step. Questions are always welcome through our Contact page.
